Orange Marmalade ep 3 recap

 There is so many korean drama coming out this year about vampires! Orange Marmalade is about vampires and is based on a webtoon. They kinda look freaky just drinking the blood red liquid.


Wonder if the actors and actresses get their tongue dyed from it (like Kool-Aid).







MaRi ask ShiHoo to take another bus to school because she doesn't want anyone to know they are living together. She doesn't want any attention and just want to peacefully graduate.

MaRi also reprime ShiHoo telling him he shouldn't have exposed vampire secrets in the interview. Because of the interview, ShiHoo is now on the black list for VCS. If ShiHoo is out of line again then he will suffer Ahn Chi punishment.

ShiHoo has a flashback of the past. ShiHoo attends his uncle's wedding and meets young JaeMin. JaeMin is the son of the bride and JaeMin hates vampires because his mom married one.

 Later, MaRi's brother went missing. While waiting outside of MaRi's house, he sees MaRi come out in a rush.

JaeMin offers to help MaRi find her brother. He gets a picture and sends out messages to all of his friends to keep an eye out.

MaRi's father, SeungHoon, tells ShiHoo that young vampires can't control their thirst around humans. So they need to find the brother, Joseph, as fast as possible.

 JaeMin finds Joseph. Joseph goes into a hug and was about to bit JaeMin but MaRi shows up in time to stop Joseph.

MaRi runs away with Joseph and leaves JaeMin standing there.

 MaRi tells Joseph he can't suck on human's blood. She ends up making Joseph and herself cry.

 MaRi meets Teacher Yoon Jae. Yoon Jae tells MaRi that he is ShiHoo's uncle, so that makes him a vampire too.

Yoon Jae ask MaRi to join the band, so then ShiHoo will play guitar again.

 Ara ask Mari to join her dance team but Mari ask if she can join the band instead.

 Mari goes into the band room to find JaeMin. She thanks him for finding her brother and says sorry for all the things shes done.

He plays the melody she wrote and he says because of her, he will start playing again. He ask her will she start anew.

 ShiHoo was standing outside of the music room and hears the conversation.

 Mari comes up with the melody and lyrics. The band is formed and they play really well.

I wonder if the actors and actresses knew how to play the instruments actually.

 Mari is starting anew and starts to hang out with JaeMin more. She still fears that her identity is going to leak out.

 They perform for an elementary school. In the crowds, there is JaeMin's mom and YoonJae.

 YoonJae says the tense feelings when someone might discover their secret is like bungee jumping.

He also tells her that he feels better now that he found someone that can love and accept his secret.

The person's blood that he loves also taste really sweet as well.

 JaeMin's mom tells him she is excited to see him start playing the guitar again. JaeMin gives her the cold shoulder and won't even call her mom. He keeps calling her teacher.

 They both meet at this lighthouse. Legends has it that this lighthouse will grant a wish. They both wish to see each other and their wish came true.

They tell each other how they are feeling and they kiss! Their outfits are matching too.
