Tae Hee is in a coma right now. Grandma thinks that it is Sara's fault so she forbids Sara from seeing Tae Hee.

Ji Hoon lets Sara see Tae Hee because Tae Hee would like it.

The next day the doctor said the women nurse Tae Hee pretty well and grandma agrees to let Sara see him until he is healthy.
